2003 RS6 Saloon For Sale. Refurbished advert?

Reluctantly "we've" decided to sell my RS6, 
due to certain people wanting to be able to go camping (whatever that is) and carry more people (kids?)
It's a 2003 with 69500 miles, it's in excellent condition with only minor wear and tear.
Miltek exhaust (from what I can see it's a cat back system)
Had new front brakes and tyres at end of June at 67000 miles,
MOT until June 2013
Wheels refurbished in June
Cam belt done at 65000 miles.
KW adjustable Suspension. Which is currently set at "family" height but only takes an hour or so to lower.
Hotchkiss anti roll bars.
Full service history
Serviced at 9230k, 17980k, 28675k, 40001k, 44814k, 48698k and cambelt, 55250k, 59900k, 62911k, 65852k, 67090k cambelt. All done by Audi.
Found receipt for transmission Oil strainer done 28/3/2012 so gearbox Oil changed.
Now on 69600k. so it's probably coming up due for an Oil change
A/C regas in July (proper evacuation and refill not kwik fit special)
High Pressure switch for A/C also done in July
Nearside front C/V boot done in August (also comes with an oe spare gaiter)
Has just had the roof repainted under warranty by Audi at an Audi approved bodyshop, this was due to some bubbling in one of the water ways. This was the only bit of paintwork that needed any attention.
The + and - buttons on drivers temp for heater are starting to wear plus a bit around the drivers interior handle.
