Hi all

Time has come to sell my B7. I just don’t use it - 3k in a year!

I brought this last December from the son of owner of QST. It’s NOT a ‘QST sold’ car - was a ‘private’ sale - so came with no warranty etc. but as it was from him, and they’ve looked after it for years, and they look after my C6, it was a no-brainer in my mind.

Mechanically - sound. Loads (full I believe but i’ll check) service history and I’ve had no probs at all since owning.

Interior - vvgc. I had Leather Revive give it a spruce up and have maintained it as such.

Suso - Bilstein B14’s...lowered a little. No rubbing.

Externally - the roof was painted just before I got it, under Audi Corrosion Warranty claim. The rest is ‘tidy’. It is 12 years old and does have marks - this is NOT immaculate but was ok for me. Condition is reflected in price. Sports ‘silver’ leather. FBSW. Phone cradle and music interface for iPod.

Mileage - 118k

57 plate.

Bad points - When I got it I was told the clutch is on its way out so I’ve bought a new LUK clutch and a new DMFW but as I drive it like Miss Daisy (Tis my dog wagon), haven’t had them fitted as it’s never been a prob. I also bought a 2nd hand but good set of full disks ready to go on when the pads need doing...although plenty of life in them at the mo.

Tyres - legal but worn, with a few digs in them...again, never concerned me...I’m just trying to be open and honest.

Wheels - refurbed just before I got it so immac.

Zorst - valves set to open and straight pipes made and fitted which give it a loverly burble.

Other than that, standard I believe. If memory serves, it did have a de-coke but that was a few years ago.

Piccys below. Any q’s, let me know.

Price: £12,750.

Have I forgotten anything???

Does look great. As someone who is on the look out for an avant I’d say there is nothing wrong with the ad at all. The market is just so slow, I’ve been watching them for a few months and literally a handful have sold but the rest are just sitting there getting slowly cheaper.
The ones that have sold have been very low mileage and in my view very well priced.
I know it’s the same with the E46 M3 market, stuff just isn’t selling like it was last year.
All the best with it.

Patience and me don’t really go togeva.

Although, to be honest, I’m happy to keep...do quite fancy another E46 M3 tho😁😁😁. Not that I’d end up using that anymore!

Cheers for the feedback...appreciated.

In case anyone is looking, I’d drop to £11500 withOUT the clutch or dmfw.
