Recently sold my B8 RS4 and now in a C7 A6 Black edition avant, however I still have the RS bug.

I am in no rush to get one of these but really fancying a C5 RS6, preferably avant but may consider saloon.
The car will be used very sparingly and will probably be stored 95% of the time and look at it as a long term investment.

My requirements are:

Reasonable amount of owners
Low-ish miles (Sub 70k ideally)
Good service history and paper trail
Ideally a gearbox rebuild & DRC re-built or changed

Not too bothered about colour or general condition externally as I dont mind spending a few ££ getting one back to mint condition.

I have a 2005 Avant in Daytona with black leather that has covered 39,500 miles.

MRC engine and gearbox ECUs, Bilstein PSS9, Miltek non resonated cat back. MRC serviced in my ownership, recent service, MOT and excellent (Michelin) tyres.

It's part of a small collection and is kept in professional, climate controlled, storage.

I might consider parting with it if you're still looking.
