Audi RS4 B7 Avant for Sale (Black) 78K

I will start of by saying that I love this car, it's the best damn car I've ever owned. However as people will know they are an absolute money pit. To be honest
I'm not 100% sure my heart is in it to sell, but if I'm going to sell it would prefer it went to a real enthusiast.
Basic Details RS4 B7 Avant Black Date of first registration 18/01/2017 No of previous owners 2
Recaro Bucket Seats, Carbon Trim, RNS-E Sat Navigation/Multi DVD player.
Current Mileage 78020 Next Service on dash reads 6300 miles or 89 days.
Modifications from standard DRC replaced with Bilstein Coilovers
Miltek Non Resonated Valved Cat back fitted
99RON Fuel Map from AMD Tuning ( Only run on Shell or Tesco Momentum since work completed)
Full Carbon Clean done at 70K with 99RON fuel Map it went from 359bhp to 397bhp then 422bhp with fuel remap. Have DYNO map.
Just had New Clutch and Uppermost and Rearmost Control Arms replaced 3k+
Looking for £21,500 ONO, obviously not an low mileage car but list of work below goes somewhat to making that figure more realistic. As always
it's what people are prepared to pay and what I would be prepared to accept. Still thinking about SORNING it though, but car needs to be enjoyed.
What's left to do, not much really, virtually had every issue, faded sport button on steering wheel , RS4 logo falling off Carbon Engine covers.
All the big problems sorted, Clutch, Control Arms, DRC replaced. Front Discs were replaced at 64k and pads are good. All the tyres are relatively new.
Have measurements on MOT from Audi done at 78k all passed ( From an Audi dealer that's unusual ). Brake Calipers need a paint refurbishment, would
look great and the metal coating on the high pressure fuel injectors is flaking, needs a recoat, suggest this is done on next carbon clean!
