2009 C6 RS6 avant MRC

I am thinking of selling my RS6 Avant.
current mileage 65,300, full history, last service was 11/1/2018 at 59,162. 7 stamps in the service book main dealer and specialists.
Good specification Including; Sunroof, keyless entry, keyless start, parking camera, memory seats, TV tuner, heated seats front and rear, carbon interior pack, power tailgate, soft close doors front and rear, cruise control, tyre pressure/temperature monitoring, mood lighting, adaptive lighting, etc.
First registered 14/04/2009.
All books and both keys are present, plus a big folder full of receipts.
It has 5 former keepers, is HPI clear and has just passed its MOT with no advisories.
It has had the all-important gearbox oil change and service at 57,783 miles. The MRC Tuning work was done at 57,016 miles dated 17/11/2017. The previous owner spent an absolute fortune on the car and didn’t use it much.
The Tyres are all good and are matching Michelin pilot sports.
Everything works,
The result was 750BHP and 1,124nm. It is effortless, goes like the wind, but docile enough for my wife to drive with ease.
The interior has very light grey leather I think that it is call silver leather to the seats and door card inserts, with black dash, carpets etc.
The car was originally an 09 plate, but is currently on RS06YYY which will stay with the car if wanted.
So what is bad?
Please read this knowing that I am super fussy about my cars and really critical;
The driver’s door mirror rattles when the door is slammed, when soft closed it is fine
There are a couple if tiny marks from people opening doors onto the doors, really small and would come out with a dent man.
The wheels present well, with no curb damage, but are starting to show their age, they have very minor paint imperfections/ brake dust damage and very minor lifting of paint.
