Immaculate B8 RS4 for sale.

Unfortunately I'm having to sell my B8 RS4. A move up the housing ladder means this is being hastened along. The car has one previous owner & was purchased by me from Doncaster Audi in March this year. I spent a good 6-weeks waiting for the right car to come up.
It has 6-months Audi extended warranty left on it & has had all the major work associated with the rs4 covered. New brakes fitted all round in Feb-18 & new tryres in March-18 all from Doncaster Audi.
Since I've owned the car it has had the DRC replaced by Sheffield Audi in June 18. Internally & externally the car is immaculate. It has all the options I was looking for (minus the carbon inlays).
Optional extras include:
Panoramic sunroof
Sound package (B&O stereo etc)
Sports package (sports exhaust etc)
Adaptive cruise
Active lane assist
Alcantara/leather sports seats
Electric tail gate
Keyless entry
I'm accepting that I'm going to take a hit on it, so with what I paid 6-months ago, I think £30k is an acceptable asking price.
