House renovation opportunity means I'm looking to sell.

This thing is my absolute pride and joy. Basic details:

- Sep 13 on a 63 plate meaning it has the MY14 updates
- 33k miles
- Zero issues or faults
- Amazing paint condition. Full 3 stage correction and gtechniq treatment (CS, Exo, G1)
- Best colour combo, Daytona and black optics
- Full Audi service history and has always been, and still is until mid August, under Audi comprehensive warranty so it has wanted for nothing
- Awesome spec. I was told i was the most specific buyer they ever had and it took 3 months to find. All of the must haves like sport pack, pano roof, advanced key, memory, 3g+ high with phone prep and audi connect. All of the annoying stuff that should be standard but isn't like hill hold, heated seats, folding mirrors, reversing camera.
- Warranty, key cover, breakdown and MOT cover until mid August - all extendable for less than the website rates as it has never been out of warranty
- All 3 keys, all books and loads of paperwork
- Dastek Dynod at 456bhp
- latest maps and firmware put on a few months ago
- 5/6mm Dunlop Sport maxx GT tyres all round

How much you ask. Well i am going on nothing other than the 20 odd approved omes currently for sale. I put mine conservatively at 39k in that bunch. I'm then going to add a grand for the mods you could easily sell on for 2k, minus a grand for your 12 months audi warranty extension in August and minus another 500 quid towards your fluids service in 5k miles.

Sold mine a couple of months ago and am still pining for it! Not helped by the fact a friend bought it so I still see it.....
Still not replaced it as nothing (for me) comes close. The only car I've ever had that has made me feel like this...!

Just about to px mine for a 997 C2 and I'm already getting buyers remorse. Without question one of the most complete cars I have owned but it now spends most of the week sat on the drive after getting a Macan so fancy something a bit more driver focused.
