Considering selling my S4 as I have now had the car for two years and fancy a change.

It's a very high spec 2010 60 plate Black S4 B8 Stronic on 57k miles in great condition throughout. MRC stage 2 package was carried out carried out when I first bought the car and it also has a Miltek exhaust system. The car has a full Audi service history and is MOTd until 2018.

Optional Extras include:
Audi Drive Select with Quattro Sports Differential.
Full black leather electric, heated Supersports Seats with driver's memory.
Advanced key.
Interior light pack.
Storage pack (including roof rails although these are not currently fitted).
HDD Sat NAV.
B&O sound system with Juke Box, DAB and DVD.
Audi Park System Advance (includes rear camera).
Heated/folding/auto dimming wing mirrors and auto dimming rear view mirror.
19" genuine Audi split 7 spokes recently refurbished in anthracite with Goodyear Eagle F1s.

Servicing wise the car has had all big jobs including S-Tronic oil change, spark plugs, brake fluid and dust & pollen filters done at Audi and supercharger belt done done at MRC Tuning as scheduled (or before).

Deleted the Sat Nav pic as advised, trying to sort number plate but proving difficult.

Do you know what the performance figures are ?

Off the top of my head I think they were around 480PS and 600Nm, I have the dyno sheet at home.

Quarter mile in my last MRC stage 2 B8 S4 S-Tronic with same power was 12 sec dead at Crail Raceway, never had this one on the track.

Hell of a car for the money - amazing how B7 RS4's have held their money in comparison.

Thanks Jay, the B7 RS4s seem to be holding their value pretty well, almost classic/collectable status now.

Very impressive figures! I really need an avant for the dog... Must resist buying more cars !

Dog would be fine in the boot, do it, you know you want it! Lol

My brother has the s4 with the stage 2 map...its rapid...an estate though...

I am looking for a second car...to replace my 911.. and so want a rs4...but the s4 is so much quicker!

But looks to simple of a car..

In 2 minds..

If you want straight line speed, spend a grand on a bike..

If you want a legendary planted 4-wheel package, get an RS4.

Ive had both (b8 s4 and rs4) at the same time in fact, its apples and oranges.

Had a similar problem myself.

Before I got my first B8 S4 I drove the B7 RS4 as I loved the looks and idea of it but was underwhelmed by the performance, then I got a drive of a B8 S4 and found even in standard form the S4 felt quicker and had a much nicer interior. Following having the S4 stage 2 tuned I got a drive of a B8.5 RS5 and although it was better than the RS4 it was still miles away from the performance of the tuned S4.

The RS models do have the more muscular looks with the wide arches and sound better with the V8 (although the Milltek I fitted has levelled that out alot), but the S4 is in a different league performance wise (and value for money wise in my opinion). I'd say the best thing to do is get a drive of both (does your brothers S4 have the sports diff as that makes a real difference to the handling) and feel the difference for yourself, I think that will sell you on the S4 as it certianly did for me.
