Hi folks,
Just testing the water for my 2003 RS6 Avant. Lovely car owned by three forum members.
See the link below with a daily diary of some of the work carried out. This will give you an idea of the quality attention the car been used to. This is one of the best out there, without a doubt.
Daytona grey with beautiful flicks in the paintwork, grey heated leather, sunroof.

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topi ... &t=1399553

Everything has been done on this car, including a £500 detailing last week.
Suspension replaced, cambelt done, gearbox, turbo and intercoolers done, new full exhaust, a £1400 upgrade stereo / satnav, recent Audi brakes discs and pads, a box file literally full of work proving £1000s of work including all paperwork relating to a remap to 505bhp by MRC, alloys refurb'd, spare key, full service history all stamped in the original service book, all manuals present.
Recent service and MOT with no advisories.
Mileage currently 93,300.
It is a beautiful car, smooth as silk with unbelievable acceleration.
I'm looking for offers over £12,500.
I'm not going to tell you what a fantastic investment this will be, if you're reading this you'll know how great these cars are, and how difficult it is to find one with literally no issues. If it goes up in value, that's an added bonus.
Any questions, just yell.
Cheers
Greg

wow.... Seemingly everything I am looking for ! Right colour outside, right colour inside, gearbox done etc...etc....

I think I need to make an extra effort now to get rid of my car to release funds !

A few questions....

How many miles has it done since the box rebuild ? And has the box been serviced regularly since the rebuild ?

You also say turbo's and intercoolers have been done. When was this and for what reason ?

Gearbox serviced at 73437, 86272 and 87910 miles
Intercoolers replaced at 83236 miles
Bilstein suspension and anti roll bars fitted 80244 miles
Cam belt done 74563 miles
Stage 1+ remap 73437 miles Power / Torque print out supplied.

All of the above work done at MRC Tuning, and FULL receipts and documents all included.

Replacement gearbox, turbo and various other jobs 74797 miles conducted at Unit 20 invoice £6000.

The car literally drives with no faults. The stack of history is an absolute credit to all of us who have owned her. It has been massively over maintained for complete peace of mind.

Hope this helps...

Looks stunning, GLWS.

Just one thing, is the rear badge in the correct place?

Ha ha! It was originally debadged, and the guy who conducted the daily log added the badge. Personally, I like it. I'm kinda guessing the huge bills spent on maintaining the car might be a bit more important to some though :jump:

The car is at my home address, which is MK18.

Cheers

If 10k is your max for a decent RS6, I'm afraid the likelihood of spoiling her 17th is unrealistic ;o)
Sorry

Very rude. 10k is budget for an rs6.
Number plate was a seperate question.
I own the plate RAG61T. At the moment being sold for me on a website for £3500.
Was going to do a deal with you as my daughter too is called lillie w

Sorry mate, I didn't want to appear rude. The joys of emails! Just make me an offer for the plate if you wish, and I can give you a yey or a ney.
From personal experience of owning three RS6s, you can spend 10k but that won't be the only outgoings by a long shot for that year, I can assure you. Worth hunting for one that's had everything sorted.
Good luck with the search though, they're cracking motors

That plate you've got ^^^ is worth/priced at more than the car it's on at the mo.
