Thought I'd re-post this to see if anyone has decided to sell since my first message last month.

There is a nice looking grey one for sale at a dealer in Cardiff but as I'm in Manchester it's a bit of a trek!

Ideally I'd like to buy one off a forum member that's been cherished.

I'd like something with under 70k on the clock, with a descent spec up to about £27k.

look well optioned up, ideally you want history for the oil leak and the coolant pipes done then your on to a winner!

Only a 2G Mmi that one, its pretty well priced for the spec, no adative cruise... not a solar roof, no passanger memory... its pretty basic spec with a few addtions.
If you want to double check the spec ring Audi UK and give the reg, they kindly sent me my spec and i have to admit i struck lucky, paid £27500 last year (October) for mine.

Electric steering collumn
Solar roof
Phone in armrest (pointless but there all the same)

I was tempted to sell my C6 this month but after dropping £1700 on a new strut, undertray, arches, fittings and a few other bits literally this month i've decided to keep her for another 6 months.

I'll take a look and see if i can spot some nice ones on Trader for you!

Thanks for that, I'd really appreciate someone who's owned RS6's to give me the low down. I do really need an avant I'm afraid, I gave into the missis and got a dog a few months ago so my plan to get another 911 fell by the wayside. I'm trying to be 'sensible' on one hand with an avant but still want a tarmac eater when I put my foot down!

That one in Wales has the following:

Advanced key/keyless start
Park assist advanced (rear camera)
Tilt and slide sunroof
Garage door opener (homelink)
Soft close doors
Privacy glass
TV reception

It's got full Audi main dealer service history.

It sounds like you had a touch with yours as I don't think I've seen one for sale with 3G MMI since I've been looking, certainly not under £30k.

There is a nice Mugello Blue one in Essex, that's described as ex-demo and looks to have loads of toys but it's a bit more than I want to spend. I did contact them and offered them £27k but they said they wouldn't let it go for that price.

Buy with care from George Kingsley... they have some cheeky stock i was shafted but Ian H bought his from them and they were really good to him.

I don't believe that one's factory derestricted either as it's missing the carbon covers under the bonnet that were part of that package

Adaptive cruise is on my 'nice to have' list, but I'd likewise prefer 3G MMI. I'm almost certainly looking for a Plus with some spec on it, but they are rare....

I've had the oil leak fixed and it's in as we speak having new front discs and pads fitted, also going in later in the month for MOT and service.

Although I'm in Aberdeen I'm actually down to Liverpool next weekend, happy to meet you for a viewing if you're interested.

Is it? Thought I'd chopped everything down apart from the advert reference number, which should do away with the postcode bit......

What's the first part of the postcode it's showing you?

That's alright then, as it's not my postcode! Must be Auto Trader reverting to whatever the last recognised postcode was....

Advert says its a 3G model, but according to the pics it's 2G....
