Deleted the old thread so ill now try again without various people jumping in saying how its not worth it and I 've missed this and that . I 've not been around these cars long so not got to involved . All I have to go on is the paperwork and history I received with the car when I got it September 2014 .
I purchased the car as it was a car on the list that I wanted to own , but now it just sits in the garage doing nothing which isn't what these cars were designed for and id like to go back to a RWD turbo car as for me there more fun and more involved ( imo) And before I get slated again , YES the car has 110k on the clock!

Black Rs4

New front screen + wipers
Pipercross panel filter fitted
Complete front arm kit fitted , upper + lower along with drop links and track rod ends
N/S Front driveshaft gator replaced (Audi part)
Then had 4 wheel hunter alignment

Other than this I've not needed to do anything .

Black front grill
Black window surrounds
Black exhaust tips
Piano black interior trim with black headlining
Side airbags , passenger / drivers airbags
Sat Nav/tv with disc changer in glove box and twin SD card slots , Navigation plus (RNS-E) Don't mean a lot to me!!
Heated / electric front seats + heated rears
Centre arm rest with phone socket inside ( I've never used this ) NO nasty holes on the dash for a phone holder .
Not sure if its an extra, all the door handles light up very faint red . Nice touch .
Auto dimming rear view mirror
Dual climate control
Bi xenon Headlights - Auto plus coming home lights and DRL

Bad points , its 10 years old
Small crack under the drivers side mirror casing . Some nice guy decided to hit it and not stop !! But mirror still works fine and you can only noticed it when sitting in the car
Stone chips to front bumper + bonnet

I've been as honest as I can . It drives as it should it has good history and its also HPI clear .

Before the 100k mile haters come along ,please keep your negative opinions to yourself ,if you don't think its worth it then don't buy it . I' m not in need of the money so no real hurry if it goes it goes . And yes I got a bit lucky when buying this car ,I was in the right place at the right time as the old owner needed money asap as he was moving abroad ! (As per Sam's comment ) Hope that clears things up a little .

£15,250

I'm with you on the irrational fear of the 100K barrier.

My own car was not far off 100K when I bought it, and is on about 97.5k now. The mileage is of course a factor in a car purchase, but there are so many other things that are more important - how well the car has been looked after mechanically and cosmetically.

I'd take an enthusiast owned 100k car over a "careful lady owner" 50K car all day long.

Thanks for the kind comments .

Yeah I understand the 100k barrier ,but bet your car is well looked after ? I looked at a few RS4'S before this one ,the other 2 were in the 125k bracket .

To be fair all the cars drove the same , these cars were designed for autobahns and motorways so id be shocked if a 55-60k car new wouldn't reach this point with ease but each to there own. I Don't mind not having the best RS4 out there ,I can use it, go on track days etc without crying about a stone chip

True but you have to judge each car individually and take the old blinkers off , there's some superb high milers out there and some utter utter dogs and it's the same with low milers too I'm afraid to say

Absolutely, each car needs to be assessed on its own merits.

All I'm saying is that I think it's irrational to rule out a car because the mileage is above some arbitrary number.

The absence of the wing back sports seats and a FBSW is going to be your your problem finding a buyer, IMHO.

Thanks Arthur for the kind comments

I agree on the steering wheel as the FBSW makes the interior more special ,I was going to change it but finding a nice one for sale is hard plus I wouldn't know how to make the buttons work etc as for the seats I've seen mixed reviews most being the buckets look better but there a bugger to get out off an not as comfortable .Plus they attract the wrong eyes . I wouldn't want to get to my car and some bugger has pinched them .

But as you have mentioned , its HPI clear and needs nothing , for its age is very clean and well kept . I have used it a few times this week and have a few very nice comments . one guy in the petrol garage couldn't believe it had 110k on the clock and it was 10 years old and started taking photos . I've owned it 2 years and never driven it in the rain ,I spend more time keeping it dust free than driving it . I'm only selling as I mentioned before I need a high bhp turbo car again so looking at Evo 9's , just another itch I want to scratch .

As far as i'm aware the engine / map is also standard

That is my final price and I wouldn't take any less , ive seen a fair few RS4's for sale that are tatty for 17k plus . and ones that have be stolen or hit for 15k plus.

Thanks
