Wanted B8 RS4 Daytona/Black

Folks,

Just kicking off my search for a B8 RS4 via dealer network, Autotrader, Pistonheads and on here. working with budget up to £43k.

No desperate rush so happy to wait for right car, probably just as well as appreciate supply is limited and others have looked for couple of months before sourcing the right spec!!.

Needs to have;
Daytona (preferred) or black paintwork, low/average miles, black full leather, DRC, sports exhaust, privacy glass, carbon (preferred) piano black inlays, 20" rotor/V-spokes

Nice to have;
black optics, bucket seats, pan roof, MY2014, sports pack, tech pack, B&O sound

Can't have;
external Alu trim on front spoiler/rear splitter, Alcantara inserts, 19" 10 spoke wheels

I'm a new member on here and this will be my first RS4 so more than happy for any feedback from the forum on the above, including constructive criticism !!.

My old car is at Cambridge Audi but make sure they've fixed the oil problem and the knocking suspension
Other than that it has all what you need except the pan roof and bucket seats
They gave me 36 for it when I sold it, paid 42 when I got it 6 months before
Epic depreciation akin to standing in an oily shower tearing up fifty pound notes......

Thanks for feedback zebede, did have a look a your old car on dealer network, nice spec but think age put me off, no mention of knocking suspension and oil issue so assume dealer's fixed it!!!!

That is some depreciation, fortunately snr mngt at home isn't on here, was hard enough to get approval for an RS4 in the first place so won't be sharing that info at teatime!!

Looking at couple possible options at ASM Performance in Buckinghamshire and Alexanders Prestige in Yorkshire via PH, anyone have knowledge of dealers/cars?

Avoid ASM like the plague... couple of friends with bad experiences, mis-described cars, arrogant owners/salemen and the list went on

Just keep looking you find one in end look out for knocking most it seem front drivers side mine in for sevice tomorrow I tell them see whsat happens nothing I guess

It's a great car but I got fed up with driving back and forward to dealers, it had new brakes when I got it, 3 new wheels and to be fair I polished it every weekend but fell out of love with it a bit due to them not fixing the problem.

Compared to the rs6 I now have that thing was a weapon cross country and other than the rs6 makes me very happy (other than the obvious huge appendage compared to normal cars) I would happily recommend it, it's a 2014 car too
