For Sale: Audi RS4 B7 Saloon, 06, Daytona Grey, 81k miles

After 3 years of enjoyable ownership and 22,000 miles of great driving a new baby and a house move have meant putting the RS4 up for sale.
Wheels will be freshly refurbed, car serviced and fully detailed prior to sale and mechanically car is in great condition.
Car is located in Edinburgh.
Spec:
2006 / 06 reg B7 RS4 Daytona Grey saloon, 81k miles 3 owners.
Factory buckets
FBSW with new RS4 logo
Heated front seats
Navigation plus with 2008 maps plus 2014 version NAV disc included. full bose amp and speakers
Carbon interior trim
Wheels to be freshly refurbed in original colour
Brand new bridgestone rear tires and 5mm on front pirelli p-zero
Car has a whole host of receipts, a full statement of works covering the last 3 years with all servicing and the big jobs completed by RS4 speicalist Autohaus in Edinburgh who will happily reference all the works completed and confirm the great working order of the car.
Repairs / upgrades under my ownership:
DRC replaced with Bilstein PSS9 coilovers, lowered ride height.
Clutch replaced 3k miles ago with SACHS single mass racing clutch kit - bit of chatter at low revs compared to OEM dual mass but much better under spirited driving conditions!
Full front control arm upgrade
Discs and pads replaced late 2014
New oil cooler pipes and oil cooler fitted 2015
Deflapped inlet manifold and APR re-map in 2014
Carbon clean 2014
full fluid change including brake fluid, coolant, G/box & diff oil 2014
H&R Spacers - 8mm rear, 8mm front.
Vacuum lines blanked for exhaust flaps as it just sounds so much better!
Trups LED interior and exterior upgrade. - couple interior light not done, plenty of spare LED kit inc.
RS4 mats in great condition throughout.
VCDS cable and software included - best £300 I ever spent whilst owning the car!
Bad bits; As honesty is the best policy...
One parking sensor is dead, will get this replaced when serviced.
There is a stone chip on the passengar side of windscreen, had been meaning to get it replaced.
Driver side bolster leather is worn thanks to my big arse! (all other leather in excellent condition)
Looking for £17,500 no offers.
Will update post with more pictures and statement of work when I receive it as it shows £15-20k spent over the last couple of years.
