B7 RS4 SOLD!!

Well after over 2 years of very enjoyable ownership and 20,000 miles im selling my baby to help fund house move 
...
I dare say i will miss her and be back at some point in the future....
Spec:
2006 / 56 reg B7 RS4 Daytona Grey saloon,
Factory fit Ti pack
Factory buckets
Factory fit sunroof
Heated seats front and rear
Navigation plus with 6 cd in glovebox (2012 version NAV disc included) inc bose
Carbon interior trim
Wheels refurbed in gloss anthracite metallic (can change to original colour at buyers request)
Goodyear all round
Car has a whole host of reciepts
first few services audi. Maintained / serviced by independant / audi specialists under my ownership. and all old MOT's
Repairs / upgrades under my ownership:
DRC replaced with KW v3
Full front Meyle HD control arm upgrade
Full custom twin 2.75" valved exhaust with 200cel sport cats (very similar to JHM design system with x pipe and non res - but with tubi style tips matt black)
Steering wheel gearknob, handbrake and armrest trimmed in black alcantara
Full window tint front light smoke rear darker
Discs and pads replaced 2014
New oil cooler pipes and refurbed oil cooler fitted 2015
Deflapped inlet manifold 2014
Carbon clean 2014
vacuum valves checked and replaced 2014
full fluid change including brake fluid, coolant, G/box & diff oil 2014
BMC panel filter
replacement OE audi windscreen fitted 2014
black audi rings (original rings and rear rs4 badge included in sale)
car is kept meticulously clean including wheels off monthly arches / suspension cleansed (recent full swizzvax detail)
bad bits:
Very few stone chips to front bumper and bonnet nothing major (paintwork is immaculate other than that)
Front discs / pads could be doing with replacement soon, small lip
VCDS shows starter solenoid intermittent fault, solenoid required
Advised clutch slave and return pipe could do with being replaced (parts purchased not yet fitted and included in sale)
All of the above factored into very reasonable sale price..

Car is ripe for a MRC stage 2 map and reach its full potential,
