For Sale: 2006/56 Daytona Grey RS4 Avant. 94,300 miles - my daily driver for the past three years and four months. 3 previous owners to me.
Flat bottomed steering wheel, bucket seats, matt aluminium inlays, sunroof, centre armrest, 6 CD changer, Tech pack, adaptive xenon lights, RNSE+, heated front seats, clear indicators.
Resonated and valved Milltek exhaust fitted and pre-cats removed.
Wheels are very recently refurbished in shadow chrome by Lepsons and had four new Michelin Pilot Supersports fitted in March. Masses of tread left and the wheels are still perfect.
FSH, and the common and expensive maintainance items usual for these cars have been addressed in my ownership or before (DRC, brakes all round, clutch, oil cooler, upper arms, aux rads, door blades).
The service history is predominantly Audi dealerships, with the last one at a well-known Kent based Audi specialist. I've also had a few bits of work done at respected Audi specialists using only genuine parts. Details:
30/09/06: delivered to original purchaser by Newbury Audi with delivery inspection.
04/02/08: Longlife service at 14,074 miles by Newbury Audi.
23/06/09: Longlife service at 30,245 miles by Newbury Audi.
14/12/09: Oil/Inspection service at 34,409 miles by Crawley Audi.
06/12/10: Oil/Inspection service at 40,878 miles by Brighton Audi.
30/08/11: Longlife service at 50,072 miles by Brighton Audi.
03/04/12: Longlife (Major one) service at 58,660 miles at Eastbourne Audi.
I purchase the car at 59,000 miles April 2012.
25/05/12: OEM front discs and pads + brake fluid fitted by Four Rings Ltd.
04/02/13: Oil service at 69,044 miles by Maidstone Audi.
02/09/13: Oil/Inspection service at 76,607 miles by Maidstone Audi.
08/09/14: Oil/Inspection service at 86,168 miles by Four Rings Ltd.
Other notable work:
14/12/09: all four shock absorbers (DRC) replaced under warranty.
16/06/11: all coil packs replaced as an official recall.
07/07/12: Milltek resonated and valved exhaust fitted, pre-cats removed, re-mapped to suit, full de-coke and rolling road tuned (429.5 bhp) by AmD Tuning, Essex.
28/03/13: OEM Audi clutch, flywheel, master cylinder, slave cylinder and return pipe fitted by AmD Tuning, Essex.
27/09/13: New oil cooler and pipes fitted at Maidstone Audi.
20/10/13: Four wheel alignment at AmD Tuning.
20/10/14: upper suspension arms replaced (OEM) by Four Rings Ltd.
05/11/14: both front door blades replaced and sprayed by KDS Keltec. GTechniq valet.
10/03/15: front and rear bumpers and side sills resprayed by KDS Keltec to remove stone chips. New OEM RS4 front sill scuff plates fitted.
10/03/15: All wheels full refurb by Lepsons, 4 new Michelin Pilot Supersport tyres fitted. Wheels are still perfect.
10/03/15: front brakes stripped and cleaned, new Ferodo front pads fitted by KDS Keltec.
Both Auxiliary radiators had small leaks in early 2015 (common fault) so I had the usual modification carried out - new Audi OEM aux radiator fitted to the near side and a cold air intake fitted on the off-side. This is not really visible unless you get on your knees and look! Done at an Audi specialist in Ashford and then refitted more neatly by KDS Keltec.
Last MOT carried out 12/02/15 with no advisories at 90,724 miles.
I have two keys and all the original service books and manuals and an original sales brochure.
I carried out an HPI check when I bought the car, which was obviously clear. It has not had so much as a parking scrape since I've had it and I don't believe it's ever been an an accident a The guy at AmD doing the alignment in 2013 commented on how 'straight' it was suggesting no impacts.
There are a very few stone chips on the bonnet and front wings but they don't detract from the overall appearance. The interior is excellent with a certain amount of unavoidable wear and creasing to the drivers side seat leather, hardly any to the passenger side, some natural wear to the gear knob and the odd small mark here and there. KDS cannot believe the overall condition of the car based on the mileage.
The resonated and valved Milltek exhaust with pre-cats removed gives out a great sound that doesn't drone and isn't too loud or obtrusive - I feel it is perfect for a daily driver.
I am only selling as my family has grown unexpectedly and I would like to free up some cash. Based on the current market, the condition, mileage and the history and work carried out I am asking for a firm £18,000.
The car is in Maidstone, Kent. Please PM or email me at sutts_7 AT hotmail dot com if you have questions or would like to arrange a viewing.
