Wanted C6 RS6

Looking for a well specced C6 RS6.Saloon.

Low mileage preferable but not essential. Ideally with Miltek plus tune.

Money ready for the right car or point me in the direction of a good dealer that has one.

Yup seen the ad. It has had 5 owners so I'd be the 6th. I know it's not uncommon for these motors to rack up owners but it's just a hurdle for me.
Also spec says its MRC tuned but MRC are saying they only dyno'ed it not tuned it !!! Until otherwise proved, I am concerned over who tuned it if it wasn't MRC.
Otherwise a nice car...

Yeah looked on PH. Couple are doubled up. One is the RS6 mentioned here on the forum for sale with its owner and also with a dealer.

Have also spotted this one. Low mileage but with MTM tune....anyone know it?

Not sure if the comments above relate to my car (08 RS6 Avant, MRC etc) but it definitely has been tuned by MRC! Dyno and everything to prove!

Looks like I'm going to keep it now though as no joy selling,

Funny how the number of owners on the log book stop people dead in their tracks

Although traders will try to chip you if you have a gazillion owners on the logbook, book doesn't take owners into account, so it doesn't make jack all difference to values.
You won't get any more money come trade in time, even though less owners may seem more appealing.

I bought a rs6 avant from that dealer (the grey 2010 one on pistonheads) about three months ago and it was there then but was up for about £39 ish or possibly a tad more as I seem to remember some one elses thread about that time saying it looked good but over priced. looked nice and was in their garage but to be fair was slightly besotted with my girl so didn't pay much attention to it as I was after an avant

I dealt with chris, bit of a geezer, but when I did have a problem with the tailgate on the avant (see thread - soft close clunk) they agreed to collect the car as I'm in north Yorkshire and did so with a covered trailer took it away and brought it back just over a week later in the same trailer and all solved with the problem (so far so good - am I tempting fate ??) also did the sensors on the front that were bleeping a bit

I guess they may want rid of it as its been there a fair while now ?

With the car I was talking about it was the frequency of the owners that concerned me. Last owner only had it for 6 months. May be I am picky but if it doesn't feel right then I tend to trust my gut feeling.
I wouldn't be the only one who waits a while for the 'right' car to come along.
