Wanted B7 RS4 Sprint blue

Firstly, hi!

Been lurking for a while but finally signed up as the desire to own an rs4 becomes too much!! Some lovely motors on here!

I've got a facelift mk2 focus st-3 at the moment with stg2 revo and the usual exhaust, intercooler etc but need something a bit more grown up and practical. Recently passed my chartered accountancy exams so pay rise means I can now consider an rs4 having lusted after one since my first passenger ride in a b5 when they first came out.

Car I'm after, in an ideal world:
Sprint blue saloon or avant no real preference
Carbon trim
Buckets
Fbsw
Less than <50k miles
FSH
recent brakes/tyres a bonus
Black optics a bonus (appears rare on sprint blue?)
Up to £22k

Going to look at this one tomorrow, sounds perfect! Anybody know the car, been to look at it? Not advertised on here so I guess not a current forum car.

I'm aware of the usual things to look out for like DRC etc, any other points of note regarding the car in the link?

Hi Matt,

Looks nice one and good spec, usual stuff check history - ring to confirm with garages stamps don't always tally! scrutinising the owner tells a lot, but most importantly HPi it before parting with your newly increased salary.

Went to look at the car yesterday, very nice, well specced car, has kw v3's too which was a bonus. I agree about scrutinising the owner and you can get a good feel from their responses. The guy seemed very knowledgable and honest so gave me confidence that the car was a good one.

Anyway, went away and did the hpi check, all clear, so transferred a deposit while waiting for the buyer of my st's loan to come through. Hopefully pick the rs4 up next weekend! So excited!

What an awesome car, loved the drive and impressed by the overall quality and feel of the car, as you'd expect for a £50k+ car when new!

Glad to join the club. I'll be browsing the meets forum looking for local events to attend.

I'm on my third RS4 (I'm a garage owner though) I actually bought a sprint blue last Monday! a bit special this one so it's along term keeper (touching wood)
