S3 2002 only 51k fsh green great car

Hi this is my s3 which i need to sell as i have bought a b5 rs4 again.
S3 has full service history, just serviced and motd,
currently on sorn and not gaining miles.
Reverse park, stainless mirrors, platinum leather recaro interior.
Great condition all round , drives and handles brilliant.
I would keep it but its not fast enough for me now having had a 996 tt before that and my last rs4 ( as with this one) are running stage 2 tunes .
Dont want to modify the s3 as its too nice to want to change.
All keys present, all docs, original bill of sale, hpi clear.
All lines on red display work, ashtray not broken! centre armrest works, no trim is falling off, alloys are perfect! ie this is a sorted car!
Only used as a spare car, i am pretty anal about warming up, servicing, keeping miles down etc.
