2003 Audi RS6 Avant.

Mugello Blue with Black leather interior.

140,000 miles. Just been serviced.

Timing belt not due until next year or at 160,000.

Great Reg: RS03 ***. Not a private plate, it's the original number that came on the car.

Gearbox only has 40k on it and I've just replaced the wearing items and only done 2,000 miles since.

New water pump (From Audi), many parts changed recently

No DRC issues as it's on Bilstein PSS9 coil overs

Michelin tyres fitted recently (invoices for £1,000)

New discs cross drilled and pads recently (invoices for £1,800 from Audi)

Tax is 10 months, MOT (can't remember - will look up and add soon).

want ! did you get those other items done you mentioned in a previous post , I remember you saying it had slightly low comp on one cylinder and the timing belt etc needed doing?

Hi,
The compression test was within spec but the battery was dying after about the 4th cylinder.

The timing belt isn't due until next July or 160,000. The service history cchecks out for this also.

I inspected the timing belt when I changed the water pump.

Just re MOT'd today so it has 12 months on it.

Coming to think of it, I might just keep it over the winter (I have a set of winter wheels for it etc) and sell it in the spring.

Interesting... It's a very cool plate to have on the car and really sets it off.

I'm not really a private plate kinda guy, but on this it works.

Having driven the car last night (one of the rare times I take the car out now) and I really love driving it.

But... my wife is really starting to show (baby!) and reality is setting in.

I haven't had a chance to have the original wheels repainted as I've basically run out of money.

Therefore, price drop to £8,000 ONO.

I am interested in selling so will listen to offers.

As ever, no dreamers looking for a test drive!

I'll be putting the car back on it's summer wheels ready for the sale. The winter wheels are not available.
