An Unbelievable opportunity to purchase an awesome RS6 C5... probably the most awesome of all !!! A huge amount has gone into modifying and tuning this car, its available for a quick sale for a fraction of the purchase and built cost.

The sale is so the current owner can make his way up the property ladder, a house has been found so time is of the essence a large mortgage deposit is needed. :boohoo:

Offers bearing in mind the asking price welcomed...bargain time !!!! A decent low mileage RS6 with a complete history will hit your pocket for around £11k-£14k, with any there is the risk of the gearbox and or DRC failing, we are offering this RS6 at £19,999 with serious offers accepted. Ask you never know ! !!! This car has had absolutely NO expense spared on it and is in tip top condition. I was going to have this myself but the "long haired chief of staff" said NO

About the car
Purchased in 2008 from an RS6 enthusiast, totally standard at 42K miles with a full Audi Service history...A fully spec'd mint example of Audi's flagship model. The current owner began a journey to create the most brutal and usable RS6 C5 ever, simple as that. I have the up most pleasure in selling this beast on his behalf... This is built to thrill and obliterate... Though there has been a huge amount of modification to the car the work has been carried out to such a high standard she looks factory fresh, the thunder v8 exhaust note gives a clue the outright power of the beast, a look under the bonnet and a check of the brakes is needed to get a clear picture of this cars potential.

The Enhancements carried out
The DRC was removed and top quality PS9 Blistein coilover suspension with H&R arb's fitted, covering one of this cars well known Achilles heels... The owner then commissioned MRC tuning to convert the car to manual...yet another know issue dealt with... the Car is now running 01E gearbox a hardened gear set installed. The work carried out is flawless and a testament to the knowledge and ability of the team down at MRC tuning in Banbury....it looks and drives as Audi would have intended had they listened to the many RS enthusiasts who craved a manual transmission as an option.

Now began a quest for power...the last rolling road shows 778PS and 864NM...around 640 ib/ft, to be able to safely run this power the below mods were done at considerable expense ( around £60k has gone into creating this beast I'm not listing prices against the items...that's daft if you're interested in this car you will most likely know whats involved to safely run this dyno proven power.)....

The C6 Brembo brake setup and offers epic stopping power enough to deal with the power and weight involved!

The car has been happily running this power for the last 8,000 miles taking the mileage now to a very low 56,941...

Some footage of the car from MRC, listen to the sound check out the dyno graph.

Maintenance
Part of owning such a highly rated car is keeping up with maintenance this car has had regular oil services, a new gearbox in the last 1000 miles, a new battery has 2 sets of keys and an absolutely flawless service record. The car is kept garaged, only used as a second car for pleasure.
A certain amount of mechanical sympathy needs to be upheld when driving this RS6, the power and torque are so high, ferocious standing starts should be kept to a minimum though when tested the 0-60 was less than 4 seconds. The true show of this cars brutality is from 30 to 200+ which it will do with ease should you own a private airstrip or visit the Autobahn's in the fatherland often.
It's advisable to replace the oil every 5k, Audi parts have been used extensively in the conversion so the parts a readily available if needed in the future, MRC are in Oxfordshire; they know this car inside and out and in my opinion they would be best placed to look after this car when needed by the new owner.

How it is
This car will no doubt attract test pilots so please don't expect to turn up in a bashed up old banger and be trusted with the keys, all test drives will be as a passenger unless there is full proof of insurance and the asking price has been left as a deposit, you crash it, you buy it !!

Swap's and part exchanges are not being considered at the moment

The car is available for viewing via appointment only and is currently in South Suffolk. Please email any queries to kieranamurray@hotmail.com, I will respond as fast as possible.

How did they fit a "Drive Chain" to this car and how many extra horses did it give? Did it involve a big hammer?

The exhaust seems to be missing. Will this be a problem for MOTs?

Just kidding. Car looks good. Bargain IMO.
