I'm putting this up early to see what interest I get, but unfortunately my car has to be sold.
I don't get my car back until Thursday 7th Feb but that will be with a completely brand new engine fitted by Audi. If your not aware of the situation I've just been through then please visit the B7 RS4 section and have a read of my rather extensive post on the situation.
Car spec is as follows:

B7 RS4 Saloon
Sprint blue
06 reg
Car (60,000 miles)
Engine (0 miles) brand new
FSH
Mot till July 2013
Bucket seats (black leather)
Flat bottom steering wheel
Sport button on steering wheel
Sat nav
6cd changer
Adaptive xenons
Coming home lights
Daytime running lights
Auto lights/wipers
Anti glare rear view mirror
Heated front seats
Electric rear blind
Front/rear parking sensors
Completely standard

Looking for some sensible offers and as soon as I get car back I will post up some pics.

Gutted to be saying this but good luck with the sale. I'm sure there are lots of us with our fingers crossed that a job comes up for you before the car gets sold.

I've based it on what they appear to be going for on autotrader, I have said I'm very open to negotiation but no one has come to me with an offer that they think its worth.

£22K feels overpriced to me. I would say more like £18/19K. I know it is having a new engine fitted, but that could actually put a lot of potential buyers off. On the other hand, some buyers might see it as a bonus.

I am just about to put up my 43K miles Sprint Blue Avant, Nov 06 for £19,950.

Martin, get some decent pictures up and give a detailed appraisal of the cars other bits like condition, owners, DRC history etc.
If the new engine has a warranty on it then it will be attractive to a buyer.

Many thanks for your useful advice petes4. Is that really the value they are going for now? Most sprint blue rs4's with 60k mileage seem to be at 22-23k plus on autotrader? If that's the case then I welcome offers as I clearly don't know the value of my car.

Pics to follow tomorrow hopefully, and I believe there is still approx 7k left of warranty until August 2013.

Come on guys, your the experts, I'm not. Someone come to me with an offer as I really don't know the value.

Most of the ones for sale on Autotrader are dealers/traders. So you expect to pay £1/£1.5K more the "supposed" privilege. I personally think that some of the prices being advertised are way too high. Obviously. the buyer doesn't normally pay the advertised price, they get some sort of discount.

The Glasses valuations (about 3 weeks ago) for my car (Nov 06 Avant with 43K miles and remaining Audi warranty) were:

Trade in Excellent : £16950
Retail Price : £21250
Private : £19650

And don't forget I believe Avants are usually worth £1K more than saloons.
