Saw Olly's motor this morning when we swapped over his MTM splitter for my OEM one. I've seen a lot of C6's in the last few months before buying Pau1's in Aberdeen and I can genuinely say Olly's is probably the best value for money one I've come across. It is the first time I've seen an Ibis white one in the flesh and I can honestly say that it looks stunning and I'm not usually a fan of white cars but it looks so much more interesting than the ever present Daytona grey.

Bodywork looks great and all round it is a lot of car for the price being asked - hope you now have a run of better luck now Olly :beerchug:

No one will be wasting their time if they go and view this car. :thumb:

Thanks for the kind words Martin. It was good to meet you today. That's a lovely car you have there. Even better now with the carbon fibre.... :beerchug:

Looking forward to seeing the pics - i'll get my one up tomorrow.

Update from yesterday.

First up - pics of Martin's front end now sporting carbon fibre loveliness - cheers Martin

Some more pics of mine. I have had the front seats cleaned and conditioned and recoloured where there was slight wear on the outer bolsters - now looking A1. Had the seat backs also cleaned and the scuffs from a year of children's feet repaired - look amazing - as good as new.

Rear bumper now repaired properly by the body Shop - finally they did a good job.

20" wheels being refurbed in Audi titanium by lepsons - car is now on 19s. I always thougth it looked quite good on these wheels....

In short this car now wants for virtually nothing. I tried taking a pic of the tiny dent in the drivers door but it won't come out in the pics...

Care to share? I've been debating for ages about having my fronts re-lacquered, the usual problem of not wanting to leave the car with anybody though

Hi Ian,

I used LHC Upholstery (www.lhcupholstery.com) Came to me. I didn't actually meet the chap who did the work, Dale, as I was at work, but I am very pleased with the reults and the service.

They look the business Olly - with those on your motor I would put the asking price up!! :nodder: I know that sounds daft with the lack of genuine interest to date but I would be tempted to do a complete new set of photos inc the new wheels (and minus the child seat bench in the rear) post them up here and to your ad on peeheads and whack the price up to £34.5k :biggrin2:

Martin,

Thanks! I think I'll do exactly what you say. At the very least it'll stop the silly low offers. This car really is good to go now.

Cheers Amar,

They have come out really well and it is a top job

I'll stick em on this weekend and see what it looks like, take some photos and then I'll take em off again before the wife gets behind the wheel.....

Me too?

I think the problem could be that not many people have 32 large kicking about theses days?

If it was at a dealers with finance available it would have gone ages ago!!!

I know if I saw it at a dealer I would have had it with a little tick no bother!
