I may be in the market but personally the mileage is what's put me off.

I can't see any other reason why it's still for sale.

Mileage is reflected more than generously in the price.

But yes, many people look for the 40k mile car for some reason.

I might be biased (well I am) but I would say this car will be in better condition than many cars with 50k mileage, but I appreciate the mileage is high....

My better half (so called) has decided to stamp her foot about me buying it, even though it was all fine not so long ago.

Does this mean I'm totally under the thumb?

Oh I know this is an absolute bargain. But - dare I say it - she doesn't understand that.

It's hard work. It also doesn't help that I'm of overseas for quite a few months soon with the RAF and her stance is it will be standing there for 6 Months doing nothing.

They just don't understand us.
