2006 Audi A4 Cabriolet 3.0TDI Quattro S-line
2006 Audi A4 Cabriolet 3.0TDI Quattro S-line
Gutted to be doing this but a genuine reason for sale - I can't make the weights work for towing my track car with the A4, and its becoming harder and harder to get the track car MOT’d and road legal these days (ie, no cats, no airbags, emissions, etc…) so changing vehicle.
Pre-DFP so no issues with that hideous power sapping device
Full Service History (next service in 4600 miles)
Full year’s MOT passed on 27/08/21 (Today)
Mileage currently at 94,585 but may increase marginally

All roof electronics work, no glow plug or swirl flap issues, no electrics issues or CELs
Air con regassed and cleaned
Full service and New fuel filter
2 recent CV boots
Loads of receipts for work outside of full service history
Two original keys, manuals, booklet, deflector with bag, a Haynes manual and loads of additional spare parts
4 previous keepers
Car hasn't had any paintwork, its all original
HPI clear and not recorded on any category
Gearbox is tiptronic with paddles, not the multi chronic dissaster
Glovebox and arm rest are in perfect working order and not broken or repaired
What makes it unique?

OEM Audi S5 Supersport fully electric heated seats - wired in properly!
OEM Audi S4 Wing mirrors
OEM Seat Cupra R front splitter
OEM Seat Exeo mats
Bluetooth music adaptor
Red LED interior lights
5x 18” cades tyrus and 235/40/18 vredesden quatrac all season tyres
If you can’t tell already its been enthusiast owned, I am a moderator on the Audi A4 Cabriolet UK Facebook page, the car is well known, well looked after, economical and goes like the clappers.
During my ownership I have had a private plate on it.( V666LDW ), that is now on retention and the car is back on its original plate ( RF56 CXE )
Points to note:
Some marks on rear bumper
Rear glass seal failed (common problem) but fixed properly
Northampton Based, near J15 M1
£4,500

Re: 2006 Audi A4 Cabriolet 3.0TDI Quattro S-line
Price dropped to £5599 - deposit down now on another car, if it doesn’t sell I’ll garage it and keep it
Re: 2006 Audi A4 Cabriolet 3.0TDI Quattro S-line
It is tempting, but then I will have 3 cars on the go and that's just more headaches then I need at the moment - I am trying to get the track car in a position where I don't need to tax, insure or MOT it so that will help but involves towing which is more outlay...never ends

This looks remarkable value. GLWS

Re: 2006 Audi A4 Cabriolet 3.0TDI Quattro S-line
I've been going to car meets with Lee for 10+ years I cannot ever remembering him keeping a car as long - you aren't going to find many cleaner A4 cabs left! I would never have bought my own 3.0 TDi had Lee not kept badgering me to consider one like his. He very kindly drove me in this 3.0 TDi Cab to view the 3.0 TDi Avant I ended up buying. He test drove it first for me and confirmed the engine and gearbox felt healthy just like his (and then took the piss out of me for the three years I owned it for not mapping it lol)
In the extremely unlikely scenario somebody is put off by the non Audi wheels, I have a set of factory B7 S line 18s available. I need to refurbish one of the four before I can list them for sale, they are finished in dark grey (pics in link below) and I don't live far from Lee

Now price dropped to £4,500 as I have a pickup truck arriving imminently, no silly offers, if it doesn't sell I will stash her in the garage till the spring and sell when the weather is better.
This car is rock solid, really strong engine and gearbox.
