RS4 B7 Avant wanted

Hi Guys,
New on the forum and new to RS's so have a lot to be excited about.
Have just sold a 911 997 2S and need a car that offers fun but some practicality also. Have always loved the look of the RS4 and the B7 avant model is perfect for what I want moving forwards. Want a car that has obvious history of care and attention. Not looking for major modifications so original car (including DFC and exhaust) is preferable but am not discounting cars where exhaust and coilovers have been professionally conducted, to a high standard. Don't want a car that has been tracked, where known within the history. Through sale of the 911 have a decent budget. Mileage less of an issue to me than history and care of the car. Regards colours, grey would be first choice but also like blue and black.
Feels somewhat strange to be appealing for a sale to guys who obviously love their cars, but I was in a similar situation with the Porsche and needed to change.
