RS6 C5 Avant for sale

Hi all

I am about to regrettably, put my beloved RS6 up for sale. New baby on the way which will be number 3 and which ever way I look at it, there is no room for 3 car seats across the middle. So my hunt begins for something more practical and far less interesting. I will advertise through the usual channels but thought I would put up here first in case there is anyone who can give it a good home

2003, C5 Avant. 72,000 miles. 9 months MOT. Full history, I've had it just over year (wasnt planning on having a number 3 or selling this early on!). Recent 3 new tyres, serviced 2 months ago. DRC replaced for coilovers prior to my ownership. Excellent condition all round, cherished by me and used maintained as you would expect during my ownership and previously looking at the history. All usual extras. Based just outside Cambridge

Cheers Bam! Yeah Ive seen them but the Mrs doesnt seem convinced, read something somewhere about an accident and thats the end of it

RS6 is Grey. Cant seem to get the pic on here for some reason, says jpeg format is not accepted.

I doubt you will find any infant car seat that claims to be ok after a shunt.

Hi - we are just outside Cambridge.

I was going to advertise for £10,999. Havent put it up for sale yet publicly, but planning to use the normal channels (autotrader, pistonheads etc) this weekend. Baby number 3 on the way early 2017 so ideally need to sell it and have the funds to get something else, very very regrettably!

Just to help your advert a bit, it looks like you've got RNS-E in it, which might tally with the year as usually only Plus models came with it, unless retrofitted. Has it got Bluetooth phone prep and TV too?

You need to mention the date and mileage of the last cambelt change and what else was done at the time (water pump, thermostat, idlers/pulleys) - it's a significant running cost on one of these. Likewise for gearbox replacement/servicing.

I love dolphin grey and the leather looks in good order, unlike many I've seen!

Navigation, as far as I am aware this is all factory fitted. Doesnt have bluetooth prep and TV as far as I know

Last cambelt change was May 2015 by the way. I will advertise on Autotrader and see what bites!
