Agree with comments on price/mileage.
You can get a well specced 64 plate with 15K miles at Audi dealership for 41.5K so at 45K mls and a year older and selling private I think you would need to be a bit lower to get interest.I tend to agree on the £33K price tag.
On the Audi system your car is £30.9K.
I tend to think if I am selling privately I will try £2K above trade price.
However someone might think differently and offer a whole lot more so good luck.
