Commenting about describing something inaccurately is more to do with deceit than it does the status of those commenting

I can't believe some of the people on here , the guy is a site Sponsor , selling a car which on the face of it looks and sounds superb , yet people seem to have nothing better to do than pick fault and moan , maybe you should go and see the car before passing judgement ?

Gentleman, im a site Sponsor, please don't ridicule something without actually seeing it.
I do everything by the book and only buy nothing but the finest cars i can find, i arguably believe this is the finest genuine M5 in the country.
Please view and drive the car then PLEASE make your judgments instead of slating my M5!!!! and advert.
The cars history is sublime.

I have to say, if I loved BM's as much as Audi's I'd bite your arm off, that's the one to go for.
Have you seen the price of E39's?!!! Mental price for minters, as much as you're asking for yours.

Site Sponsor or not, inaccurate sales pish will never garner approval from a car club/group. If I were looking for an M5, and was shown the spec of the car with some pics, I'd be interested (even more so since blue with black leather is perfect and rare). Going purely by the title, I'd stay away. Nothing to do with the car, just how it's being presented.

Exactly. It's the literally new and totally original 'noise' words. They don't represent the truth.
It should say 'Excellent condition' or 'Original excluding some minor modifications which include....'
Selling in this way is crass. Just be straight with the ad.

Is the service history at BMW or "specialists" ?
Responses seem fair to me TBH. Don't think anyone has slated the car. Dealers are dealers.
