It's a dealer so price is probably about right. Plenty to choose from at the moment. I'd suggest getting a forum owned car for the peace of mind this brings.

Offer 19 which is a more realistic price.

yeah i agree.i been looking on here for a week now since i joined but all good ones with decent mileage seem to go straight away.the funniest part about it i have never drove one lol..the way i was thinking is if i bought from dealer at least i would have some comfort with some sort of warranty.anyway i might get a test drive this afternoon saying as im a virgin lol..as for asking for 19k i think im pushing it there.dont think he would drop that much but i will ask question..thanks for reply lads

I've looked a few cars there and they were are ok but nothing special, I didn't get the impression that they only take in the best cars available. It could be a great example but I think if I was spending that much money there I'd get it inspected. They always let you have a good look around without jumping on you as soon as you walk in though, so you should be able to at least thoroughly check tyres, brake disks and bodywork yourself.

I am selling a clean example RS4 Avant it is in the classified add on here, I am away until Weds the 30th but could send you better photos and you are welcome for a test drive I guarantee that you will be impressed with how the RS4 drives, whether it is mine or any other that you buy. The car is well specd and holds a full Audi service history and 4 brand new tires.

thanks for reply guys.been to see it and its a cracking motor and the colour is nice aswell,as stated never seen this colour before and looks so different in real life than in pics.its like a grey/silver.the lowest he would take is 21k.but the issues that the rs4 has with the suspension has all been fixed by audi last yr so no issues with that ever again so peace of mind.also has sunroof and bose system, dont know if that was standard but he seems to think it was a option?.full audi service records.there a few stone chips on bonnet but he said that he would sort it before delivery.overall a nice car and got him to start up aswell,,,,,,,well what can i say......unbelievable sound and it was at that point i knew it was a rs4 i wanted lol..so im gunna have a think and see what happens next week, and i also got a test drive on wednesday aswell so looking forward to it..sorry ramplin but after a saloon mate but good luck with sale mate

I bet he will take less than £21k, hold your nerve, as previously stated there is plenty out there! Point out you've seen a couple of others which are looking good! I guarantee they will want to sell it more than you want to buy it! Good luck and be brave! Nail his hat on, not the other way round!

Bought mine from Snippersgate a year and a half ago. They're pretty good and he's well aware that they sell pretty well so he won't budge much. It's all very well suggesting only giving 19 and a half grand but the warranty is worth a grand all day long. I tried exactly the same trick, offered the same and he let me walk away. Two weeks later I went back with the same offer and he still wouldn't budge - he conceded a bit and slung in 6 months and I wouldn't take it without 12 months MOT and a full service. Is it taxed? He tried doing me on tax.

Check the paint carefully too, they love using a good dollop of colour magic to mask swirls!! They've been around a long time too, you'll have no issues with comeback if anything goes wrong.
