A change of circumstance has made me think about selling my Daytona B7 saloon.
I've gone from 20 to 200 miles per week and so after 1 years ownership I need something more economical.
As the car still has outstanding finance the easier route is through a dealer, but I don't think I'll get enough to pay the finance and have a good deposit for a fairly new diesel,so a private sale would be better, but I really can't be without a car so a part exchange would be ideal.
It may be possible to borrow money to pay off the finance, but this will only be done with a 100% definite buyer as I'll be borrowing from a family members savings!!
What sort of prices do dealers pay for these and what's the private market like at the moment?
Spec is:
2006 Daytona Saloon
49,000 miles (5000 in the year I've had it.)
Usual equipment i.e. Bluetooth (dash cradle), Sat nav (genuine Audi 2010 disk), heated front seats, front & rear parking sensors etc.
Had new front disks & pads fitted when I bought it, and also a new clutch and flywheel under warranty from the Audi specialist I bought it from as the clutch went on the way home from picking it up!!!

5 months tax, 11 months MOT, due a service in about 50 days.
Not had finance before this, or the need to change a car quickly so I don't know which way to go.

Thanks for any advice.
