E46 M3 px B5 Or B7 RS4

Hello.
I have an 04 black,manual M3 with 90k. Sat Nav/HK etc. Over 4k spent on servicing and parts in last 18 months,wants for nothing....aside from two more doors.Baby on way and need more space.Can go to 3k on b5 or 7k on B7. Sub 100k.

Would you sell outright, does it have heated seats?

Hello.
Yes would sell as is. Heated seats,TV,DVD,Ins 2 recently
Done,oil service not for 9.5k miles. New alternator last week. Lower tax due to year, 19" wheels refurbed and resprayed to Matt steel look rather than Chrome.3 previous owners. Prices for M3s vary hugely but I'd look at around £8.5k.
