B7 RS4 Avant for sale

Reluctantly I'm selling my much loved RS4. Without doubt this is the best car I have owned, and I'm sure it will not disappoint.
In Mugello Blue, with RS4 bucket seats, Flat bottom steering wheel, and DVD based Sat Nav along with usual RS4 refinements.
48,500 miles, Full Audi service history, MOT until Sep, Taxed until Mar 2013.
Added benefits of Alpine iPod docking unit which allows full control through car stereo and play back of films from iPod or iPad on Stereo, very useful when stuck in traffic. Thule removable towbar (only used for bike rack), invisible when bar removed and grill refitted in bumper. Nokia bluetooth handsfree kit.
Advertised for £24,500, but open to sensible offers.

Ideally I'd like to sell and buy lighter A3 3.2 or S3 for towing behind motorhome.......at this rate I'm having motorhome remapped to tow the RS4!

Just FYI, if I can get my car sold, I'd be very tempted by this... But having clutch replaced on it next weekend, so that will likely be the earliest.

Time for me to get a move on and pursue selling my car.

Car is just back from Guildford Audi where MOT was passed with no advisory's after spark plugs changed (too little use recently). Whilst their I requested they inspect DRC, so I have Audi invoice reporting them in good repair. They have noted front brake pads 65% worn, I measured discs recently at less than 50% worn and will be including new set of pads.

Car first registered on 29/09/06, 3 former keepers, I only purchased in January this year after searching for many months. Previous owner purchased on 21/09/10 from Nick Johnson Motor Co (RS4 Specialist). I'm selling because we have one too many vehicles in the stable (so I'm told)!

Service History as follows with stamps in book and many receipts;-

17767 miles, 25/02/09 Long Life service
27729 miles, 14/09/10 Long Life Service
42186 miles, 29/09/11 Long Life Service invoice states next service due in 18k miles or 24 months. Current mileage 49810, computer says service due now in 6100 miles or 167 days.

Wheels recently refurbed.

Front tyres were fitted in Oct 2011, when wheel alignment was checked. Just checked tyres, fronts at 4mm, rear just over. Importantly for a quattro all 4 worn even, not as common as you would have thought, or at least not when I was looking. Money has been spent on minor things like packing and curing squeaky bucket seats, wiper blades and spare tyre canister. Made me feel it is properly maintained car.

I have previous couple of MOT's and along with receipts mileage etc stacks up.

Bads bits
Glove box damper does not work.
Bolsters on drivers seat work 100% when sport button pressed, passenger seat ones do not.
Minor stone chips, commensurate for vehicle mileage and age. Actually attracted me to car as it meant it has not been bodged or seen accident damage, simply genuine.

Price reduced to £22750.
