B8 RS4 Buying advice

Morning all sorry complete newbie to these cars but I am after some advice regarding this car:

Seems to have been cherished from the info the dealer has given me and the walk around videos, very responsive dealer who has answered all my questions.

However the car appears to have a FSH but the 2019 and 2020 service one of which did the spark plugs has been done at a small one man garage meaning the digital service record hasn’t been updated. The invoice is for parts only with no mileage recorded.

Final drive oil done at 25k miles by Audi, Gearbox oil changed at 60k miles at master tech in Surrey.

To me it’s had the gearbox oil done 20k miles late and it’s missed 2 of its final drive oil changes, does that sound right?

Is this one to walk away from based on the above?

For that money & milage without a Full Audi service history it feel's rather expensive.

I find the car's without full leather are starting to look very dated.

Dealer is happy to do a brake fluid change and final drive service pre collection - (I haven’t done a deal).

Seems a lot of these cars are slightly over priced at the moment, such a difficult market.
