Front Headlight Level Sensor 8K0941285P YES/NO?

Hello Beloved Forums!
I started two threads here the other day, unfortunately I did not get an answer (yet) so I thought to order 8K0941285P but according to some information; B8 cars (from 2012) lack this device? I thought about removing the tire to see, but to my surprise I miss my looking wheel nut (it was neither in the luggage nor in the glove box, so now I have another problem to solve).
Anyway, does anyone know if rs4 from -13 has 8K0941285P or not?

When i looking for my toolbox, i have seen pictures of the section closest to the back seats, and that it is a hatch there... In my case i just have a carpet that is glued. Is this normal? How can this be different for the RS4? Do you as owners of b8 RS4 all got to "false floors"? i asking becouse i have understod that the looking nut uses to be there?

The trick is to remove the floor nearest the back of the car first, when that is out of the car you will see a little place to pull and the section nearest the seats will lift up.
