Without stating the obvious, as the EML is on, you could visit Audi or a garage with the appropriate diagnostic equipment to read the fault codes. But there will be a cost implication, which is usually waivered if they do the work.
Alternatively, you could contact the AA or RAC if you are a member - they should be able to read the codes for you and report on their findings. DONT LET THEM RESET THE CODES if you are going to take it to a garage, whether an inde or Audi, as they will probably be reluctant resolve the fault without reading the codes to verify the exact fault for themselves.
If doing it yourself, it should point you in the right direction.
