Any seen/know RS4 at Auto Prestige

Seen what looks to be a good spec for the money RS4 listed for sale at Auto Prestige, has anyone seen the car in the flesh or know it?

At the price point I guess it's ok, Half Leather and no Pan Roof will limit potential buyers. There are also a few items listed in the spec, that it doesn't have:
Bucket Seats
Audi Connect
Wifi
Hill Hold Assist

Auto Prestige have a very bad reputation on here. A quick search should tell you all you need to know.
