What brake discs/rotors fit RS4 B8?

I have 53kkm on the odometer, running out of the first (!) brake pad set... during the last oil change the dealer warned me that I should change disks already (together with pads that have 3mm left). They are offering me a deal on my new set of front brake disks. The deal is so good, I am actually considering an aftermarket upgrade now. :assflash:

What is the OEM brake disc number for RS4 B8? (we are talking about wavy disks - non ceramic).

I looked in several places and I got confused. Some sources point out to: 4S0615301B . But when you start digging, 8T0615301 shows up. The latter is also a # for RS5 and R8 "wavy" discs (non-ceramic). Example from ECS - they mention both numbers under the same article #. But according to ECS there was never such thing as RS4 B8

Is RS5 equipped with the same brake rotors as RS4 B8?

How about RS4 B7 with wavy disks?

I am thinking - since the OEM wavy disk is such a pain in the butt to buy, can I replace them with something else that is more common? Tarox ? Brembo? - each offer stuff for RS4 B7 (I havent managed to identify # numbers for B8 in their catalogues). I am actually considering the floating discs (two piece) instead of these OEM "wavy" experiment.

Tarox Bespoke? Is it worth it? http://www.tarox.co.uk/product/front-ta ... 8-bespoke/

ECS won't list the B8 RS4, as it was never available in the USA.

I went into this when I was looking for a B8 with ceramics to replace my B7 with ceramics. I enquiried about swapping the brake set up from one to the other if need be. However, the B7 ceramics won't fit a B8 so I can only presume that the same applies to steels.

no 100% - the discs are a different offset.
