A 300mile round trip today...

Herts to Bristol and back. Mainly motorways, loads of traffic there (3.5 hours!). Not a 300 mile I'd chose to do if I could have helped it.
Bloody loved it!
Great car. Very relaxing there, adaptive cruise doing its thing. Hardly touched a peddle on the whole m4 there. Great fun on the windy bits getting on and off the motorway. Great in town.
And coming back. I didn't think I was pushing on but managed to do it in about 1.5 hours and genuinely I think I went over a tonne. Just really effortless.

Yep , they are. I noticed on the motorway going to work that at 90mph the engine was only pulling 3k on the revs .... Bootyful ....!

Yer that's right, it was very pleasant! Active cruise set. Just drift along.
Speakers rattle though, need to have a look at that. Feels like it's in the centre of the dash. Don't even know where the speakers are yet.

Yer it might just be something sitting on the speaker. Hopefully will have a chance to look this weekend. But it's rattling on the bass like its blown. Will see.

I found Kerrang radio on DAB has a buzzy speaker blown noise from one of the driver side tweeters, only on Kerrang though and no other radio station or music source that I've found yet?
Tried the DAB on the B8 tdi loan cars I been running around in and they were exactly the same still. So I put it down to the DAB radio station. Tried to test the new B9 A4 that I have now been loaned and the DAB on that is useless and can barely get a signal whereas the B8's were rock solid where I live.

Try your MP3 source too, it could just be the signal as above. Unlikeley that a speaker has blown, I think have safety parameters in these days.....
Even if the previous owner was a baseball cap wearing, weed toting , Reebok wearing, Drum and bass addict !

Ha ha ha drum and bass isn't rhythmic enough for you Ross. Surely it's something with a symmetrical beat!
I'm sure it'll be fine: just need some time to have a play
