Looking forward to seeing the finished result Glenn.
If its anything like the suede, it looks good, feels good but doesn't hold up to everyday living.
No picking your nose or eating wotsits!

Had an alcantara wheel previously and not too bad but clean hands are a must.

Steering wheel, gearknob and gaiter now fitted.
Amazing difference to feel and look of interior, a few more subtle tweaks to the interior planned next before our April trip to the Ring.
Just about ready to fit our stage-1 intake kit also and we'll soon be changing wheels, tyres and roll bars too ready for the season ahead.
Enjoy...

Have you guys fitted the intake kit yet and if so has it made much of a difference to the way the car feels?

Nice work Glenn
I've had the suede wheel and knob from the factory and it really makes the cockpit feel somewhere special. Great choice!

Btg Glenn calm down its not that quick

I should add I wasn't driving when it did an 08:30 with 4 people in it - was a mega experienced driver (4000+ laps) but on very worn f1's (and wasn't a clean lap).
To be fair, my fastest in the b8 is 08:47 but that was my first trip there in it and it only had 700miles on the clock. To say I was nervous was an understatement! My fastest in the b7 was 08:30 flat but I drove that like I stole it and it was on pilot supersports not shitty f1's.
I'd wager you'd be on for lower 8's I think wouldn't you? You know your way round from memory?
