Gear Change "THUD"

Anyone hear experiencing a thud when the car goes back down to 1st gear??

I also when slowing down in "comfort mode" gear 4... moving off and still in gear 4, moving off and not engaging...after 2 seconds movement grrrr

only had the car for 4 days!! and the dramas have already begun!

Have i made a mistake?? help :audibash:

No problems like this for me, '14 model

Sounds like you have problems. Did you guy from a main dealer? Does it still have warranty?

It's either the mechatronic unit or potentially it's had that replaced and not had the correct adaptation afterwards.

Take it back and they will run some logs and send it to Audi in Germany.....then the fun begins. :audibash:

Do you use Jack Barclays in London? By the looks of things they're the wrong side of town, but if you can, get your car there. They will sort you out 100%.

Shall i just call up the warrany department up instead, they want me to do a test drive and explain the issue blah blah (dealers) and just starting to remind me of my short lived ownership of the c6 rs6
