I got a quote from the local dealer in Essex to service my car:

Inspection With Oil Change Standard - £195.00 (Labour) £171.44 (Parts)
Replace Pollen Filter Overlap In Service - £15.00(Labour) £23.03 (Parts)
Replace Gearbox Oil In Front Final Drive Overlap In Service - £75.00 (Labour) £78.25 (Parts)
Replace Air Filter Overlap In Service - £60.00 (Labour) £86.86 (Parts)
Total: £704.58

Waiting for the dealer in Suffolk to respond.
Seems high, is this normal?
Perhaps I should go to a local specialist garage, assuming they can do all the checks and set the computer too.

If you are still in warranty id keep it in the dealer network, get anything else done by specialists

£170 is a rip off for oil. Supply your own for £50. And £140+ to replace two air filters? At least Dick Turpin wore a mask!

Can't speak for 26k service as that's possibly not in my lifetime of car but the awesome people at Perth Audi took £82 for my first service 5600miles supplied own oil opine oils site Sponsor for around £45 and bought filter myself from Audi for £21 since Stirling Audi didn't seem interested in my business ( as usual) so under £150 was bargain I thought

Getting my first service tomorrow at 15k miles. Getting oil change and inspection service done in one hit and 4 new tyres (Michelin ps2 265/30/R20) for £1k in total.

Thought that was ok and gets everything done in one visit.

And i assume you are providing your own oil and filters?

Warrington Audi, they price matched black circles too which surprised me. Supplying my own oil as well so that made a difference (50 quid vs. the 190 they wanted!)

Plus they are providing breakfast at frankie and bennys next door whilst I wait!

Wow, that is very impressive! Mines getting first service tomorrow aswell.. 370 quid or something. I thought about supplying my own but cba

I had nightmares about having engine problems later on and them reneging on warranty cause it want their own oil or something

yeah I was in the same mind to be honest, but couldn't sniff at 140 quid difference on the oil. Same stuff the dealers uses as well, quantum long life 3 5w-30

Where do you get the oil? Can u put a link up pls

Shop around and say what you've been quoted before you will be surprised how much it goes down
