Congrats Astonished. You'll love it.

I thought heated seats were a Melbourne only thing!! I love mine

Any mods planned?

Mine isn't too dis similar to yours, I'm Ibis with Blk interior, black optics, 20" Rotors, sports pack (DRC suspension , sports exhaust) pana roof,B&O and heated seats.

Thanks guys

Heated seats .... Yeh, probably only needed in Melbourne, but "one of us" sometimes feels the cold as I'm setting 21.5 deg on the aircon etc etc ... And wow, it got down to 11deg last week in Sydney!

As for mods ... Well, ceramics may be on the list at first brake disc replacement ... Or maybe not. We'll see how the standards perform. And a supercharger would be wonderful but will wait for end of warranty before even contemplating. A simple ECU tune doesn't really seem essential or all that beneficial, especially with warranty questions for just 5 to 10 kW extra. I just know my brother will badger me about "should have got a c63" etc etc .... Real horsepower blah blah blah ... (He drives a Merc!) So a supercharger would be the perfect answer. But I reckon I'll just tell him to go get .... :assflash:

The front end is getting some plastic film paint protection - happens Tuesday/Wednesday - decided to get it for this one as I'm sick of getting stone chips even when I take precautions, hang back etc etc - so pick up car at end of week.

Have contemplated a cheapish second set of wheels with Toyo Proxes 888 fitted - just for one of those "driver training days" but we'll wait and see, as it's my daily driver and I do around 30,000 Kms a year AND the missus reckons I have enough "toys" :bash:

Still looking for the "white RS4" smilie .... All the other colours are there but not a white one. Is that because we're extra special ... Or just boring? :drink: But good to know that someone else has similar good taste and almost same same as me. Thanks SWRS4! :beerchug:

Enjoy! I hopefully collect mine this week too. Heated seats are good for bad backs too remember, not just cold weather :)

Warm seats would be good relief for shaggers back too ! I wish !

Currently the office/work is a painful interruption to my level of excitement - and the missus seems to be ramping up the desire ... Perhaps she's itching to test out the warming shaggers back seats ! Oh dear ... I'm going to go to hell ... :bigblink:

Friday's the day - pick it up early arvo ... Then pick up the missus and take for a spin up around our national parks roads.

Yay !

More pictures might follow .... :biggrin3:

I'm up in Sydney so not quite at Doncaster - and like you early PM. I'd set my diary for 3.30 out of the office, figuring I'd maximise work done on Friday and be at dealer at 4pm. Moved diary to 3pm heading out and yesterday adjusted again to 2pm. So I should be at the dealer at 2.30 and don't know how long that will take, but scheduled to pick the missus up from work, go for a bit of a drive then head home before out for dinner.

Now the excitement is building - all ducks in a row - special plates transferred, etc etc etc. Good luck in Doncaster and try and avoid hitting anything. I just know I'll feel that every bastard is aiming at me. Thank god its not going to be a full moon when everyone goes crazy on the road!

Like you I have a bit of a surprise for the "little fella" but as he has computer access I'll say nothing till after the weekend and the rather BIG surprise is revealed after he gets home from a weekend away. :biggrin3:
