to join the recent threads of lovely wheels getting marked, wife used car for first time last week and has imprinted a permanent record of such journey, i thought it was me but at least she confessed ( after a week mind due), i am going to try and make it look better myself as i am sure there will be more to come !

The chunks out the tyre suggest thats been done at pace rather than whilst parking?

Will only become more and more common as cars get wider and wider, wheels get bigger and tyres get lower profile. Rim to rim the RS4 is 10cm wider than the current A3/S3 - plus if you touch a kerb with 40 profiles you have a better chance of getting away with it.

Are there rubber alloy protectors you can get are do they just look crap when fitted?
