I'm hoping to do a deal today and was wondering about some of the "sweeteners" I could negotiate with. One of the things I've seen mentioned a few times but not yet discussed with the dealer is the Service Pack where you pay £X up front and that's covers your servicing for 3? years. I can't find the "list" price for this for an RS4 so if anyone could advise that would be great. Also, what could I hope to get them to reduce it to (I\m already getting a good deal I think) and how does it stack up compared to just paying at the point of service?

It's an easy calculation to make, just look at your mileage then the cost of servicing, and bob's your uncle.
The reason dealers try to do this as they then expect (but without obligation) you to bring your servicing and warranty work to them as that's where the labour mark up is.

Look to get them to throw gap insurance in too

Service only: £43 pm
Service and maintenance: £63 pm
Service, maintenance and tyres £98 pm

Steve...the costs I was quoted were roughly double each of those....

Managed to get 20% off a two year service plan if that helps

Thats in the RS4 brochure too, Wouldn't surprise me if they bumped up the price to negotiate down

From what I remember, the brochure prices are based on a very low mileage, but the dealer applies a scale using a matrix for mileage and cover

Calculation is pretty simple as servicing costs (18k miles) and tyre prices (12k miles for my first set) are approx £600 and £1200 respectively at dealer prices

Haven't had paperwork back from eMac but quoted £900 for two services less 20% . Not sure of the exact price but i£900 was very close

Fwiw, my 17k service was £6xx from memory
