I think I would have saved the money and put it towards an actual RS 4.

You mean 'saved' as in spent less (not saved up) as this cost more than an actual RS4. The point is you can't buy an RS4 saloon (or in fact any RS saloon) so he made one using genuine RS4 parts.Nickyboy wrote:I think I would have saved the money and put it towards an actual RS 4.

I understand the point but I'd rather have the engine, gearbox, brakes, suspension (performance) of an RS 4 than a look alike but in saloon guise.

Don't get me wrong - it's not something I would do but if there was a b8 rs4 saloon then this would be a great starting point.

I certainly wouldnt have gone for a saloon, the reason why I got the RS4 was the estate, I have a dog and we need to go on walks in a hurry....
