Re: New deals
Going for carbon finish?
Re: New deals
Guys, apologies. It would appear that I fell for a 'prank' from a work colleague. There was no fire.

It's all torque talk.

I was about to say this would be the second fire they've had
Re: New deals
The funniest thing is it really didn't bother me in the slightest. They thought I was going to go nuts.
I guess there must be a Jekyll side to me that I choose to ignore.

Re: New deals
My dealer reckons it has something to do with demand from China, but that is pure speculation.

One of the many reasons why going for a custom colour is ideal.

Re: New deals
Busy trying to decipher the deliberately vague Audi Finance quotes and build a spreadsheet so I can model various quotes / scenarios without having to consistently go back to the dealer
Does anyone know what the "Add Charges" section is made up of?
Example I have here is
Cash Price = £64,727.00
Less: Advance Payments / allowance = £13488.76 - (made up of any cash deposit, Audi UK Finance contribution, dealership contribution + any Part Exchange)
Balance of cash price / amount of credit = £51238.24
Add Charges = £5559.66
APR = 4.9% APR
By my calculations at 4.9% APR over a 35 month period, the compound interest only accounts for £3,772.58 of the charges leaving £1787.08 difference
Other costs I can think of based on a previous purchase from Audi are as follows, however that still doesn't cover it.
Delivery = £590 inclusive of VAT
First Reg = £55
Vehicle Excise = £120
Wish they'd make these things clearer, but then I suppose keeping it vague is the whole point as they make more money

Keeping it vague means they can Rob you blind
Re: New deals
Tax disc for the first year is £860. Thankfully, from October 1st we will no longer have the annual ritual of having to attach the damn things to the inside of the windscreen.davis1888 wrote: Delivery = £590 inclusive of VAT

Re: New deals
There is also £200 of finance charges (Option to purchase £180 and £20 for something else). Would need to know your bubble (if any) to work out the interest.davis1888 wrote:Busy trying to decipher the deliberately vague Audi Finance quotes and build a spreadsheet so I can model various quotes / scenarios without having to consistently go back to the dealer
