Following on from having the spokes scratched on the car by ATS, I have a quote for a refurb via Audi Leicester however based on the level of 'damage' does anyone know what would be required to 'refurb' the spokes? Would a refer introduce more 'change' to the wheel than the original scratches?

I'm concerned that the refurb will do more harm than good...

Not acceptable any one damaging wheels when working on them...HOWEVER I wouldn't bother trying to do anything with that....a good bollocking to service manager and a small refund would have done me.

They've had their bollocking for sure. They are happy to pay for any work, however I just don't want to it to be apparent there has been any work done to the wheel, so would be keen to leave it and negotiate a different settlement! We shall see...
