I was at the dealers this morning & the B9 in general was discussed. Launch is as per previous discussions - Late 2015.

But the actual availability of the B9 is now delayed until late q1 of 2016 rather than q4 2015. The RS will be launched during 2016 also as Audi now see the RS differently & are changing their approach to the market on all RS models.
It's all torque talk.

When selecting the PCP term length on my new B8 a few weeks back, the topic of a replacement B9 RS4 did arise. I was advised by the Sales Manager that a New RS4 probably (they don't know for sure yet, but have heard specific snippets of info) won't be physically here for at least 24mths. It may be announced a bit earlier, but even though Audi are being more aggressive than previous models (because they want to make more of their Halo brand), the GFVs are still really strong on the B8, which in his opinion indicates a replacement is probably some way off yet.

With that in mind I selected a 24mth PCP (over a 30 or 36mth) so I can try and maximise equity against the incoming future model.
