See detailers.... Nice work, but - I dunno I'll ring one!!!

I'm hoping to grab mine on Thursday (HOPING.... WISHING) Load it up on Friday morning (wifes job), and simply tear down to Cornwall fully loaded for the weekend.... actually probably best if I was to detail it, do it after that....

....For what it's worth mine having the Autospank, at the last negotiation it was thrown in with no budge on price possible, so I took it.

I've got the lazer cut self healing film on the front of my car, worth every penny to avoid the dreaded stone chips

+1 .... Until after the first 15,000 km service the dealer did something wrong with the sump plug and I lost a litre or two of oil out underneath. That was fixed but they cleaned it up very very well with a high pressure hose ... And now at the second service it's having the plastic film replaced where it rippled and bubbled due to the high pressure hose. Will be like new soon :biggrin3:

Is yours here now boff??
I have no idea where my car is. I thought it was build week 10 but that was weeks ago.
Like you, I opted for an already specced car so I would have it early. Beginning to wish I hadn't bothered after waiting this long.
My own spec factory order would have been only a little while longer.
I'm fed up chasing now :audibash:

My car is obviously not on the same ship as yours Boff. Bet you can't wait til Thursday!
Miatang, you must have the patience of a saint!
Waiting all this time then waiting again whilst it's detailed! Congrats though!

To me it wasnt that long as I waited 6 months for cars before, so just under 3 months seemed quite quick. Since I waited a few months the extra few days is not going to kill me. Well I hope anyway :drink:

I'd get onto the dealer about yours mate. They should at least be able to tell you something

Yeh, I'll ring them in the morning. It's becoming frustrating when hearing about all the cars being delivered.
And I placed my order only a couple of weeks after you ( 14/2 ).
And then I changed to one that was supposedly going to arrive sooner. Starting to feel like I'm getting the run around.....
