Re: New Mowtaa
Thanks for that. It's good to hear from someone who has done significant mileage on both types without problems. I guess mine will come with the PZeros too, in that case.Graeme4130 wrote: I had the bridgestones on an RS5 for the last 6 months, and they're decent tyres
According to the dealer, they're all coming on PZeros again due to tramlining issues with the bridgestones, which I personally didn't feel
PZeros are decent though, and I had them on my last b8 for 12-13k miles with no issues at all

Re: New Mowtaa
Used it for a mountain bike trip to Wales today
Car's on 400odd miles and is running in nicely and I'm impressed with how day to day easy the ceramic brakes are. If you didn't know, you'd not know the difference between them and iron rotors
Car was better then me on my bike today and I ate sh1t and smashed my helmet and took all the skin off my back and bled through my shirt. Luckily, I had a spare hoody in the car, so didn't get blood on the leather seats

Re: New Mowtaa
Have you got stabilisers on the rear near side to keep that thing upright?

It's all torque talk.

Although one thing riding bikes for years has taught me, it's how to crash with style

Re: New Mowtaa
I once was doing a pretty hair raising route with a old friend out in Oxfordshire. It was my first time on that particular trail & just before we hit our final descent he warned me to go right when the path is split by a tree........
Of course I went left& instantly dropped about 10ft. I somehow managed to keep on the bike & keep the bike going forwards. What I wasn't aware of was that we were at the end of the trail. Next thing I knew, my chain had come off, my brakes failed & the 5 bar gate that suddenly greeted me, did so with such force, I broke it, and it broke my bike. I eventually came to rest in a field the other side of the gate which was littered with flint stones. How I escaped with just concussion and a decent amount of cuts I will never know.
I think that has been my ultimate wipe out, though sadly any form of style was very much lacking!!
